#DeJingofryAmerica
What Ukrainian and NATO propagandists fear about former Euromaidan supporters who now advocate against them.
In today's information war, the people Ukrainian and NATO propagandists fear the most are the ones like me who used to support their narratives, but saw the light and defected to the other side.
They fear us so much that they've come up with #Copium to try and insulate people from anything we say that could and would help others #DeJingofry their brains and break free of #DoomsdayZombie programming:
They fear us, because "I used to believe that, too" helps build rapport with our audiences and helps them see us as genuine people... not Kremlin bots, not Kremlin propagandists, but real people who used to be just like them. It makes us more credible.
"They're there to seed doubt!" Yes. We. Are. And, then?
"I used to believe that, too... *until*..." That's the part that scares them the most. "Until..." something made us doubt what we were told. Doubt is a powerful breaker of lies, because doubt inspires curiosity, and curiosity seeks truth.
What they fear the most about us: We are living proof that people *can* and *do* change their minds.
